Ukrainian Drones Strike Wildberries Logistics Hub Near Moscow

Moscow and its surrounding region came under a large-scale drone attack overnight on August 16. Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov said a drone struck the Wildberries logistics centre at the Koledino Industrial Park in Podolsk, causing a major fire at the facility.
Located around 40 kilometres south of the Kremlin, the Koledino facility covers more than 200,000 square metres and is considered one of Wildberries’ largest logistics centres in Russia. Russian media describe the site as the company’s largest warehouse in the country.
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said around 600 drones approached Moscow overnight, with 201 reportedly intercepted over the Moscow region.
